Ardee has been with Benedict Castle/Teen Challenge for 20 years. She coordinates and plans the event schedule and meets personally with each event host. She oversees a full calendar of events ranging from weddings, receptions, service clubs, school awards banquets, birthdays, showers, anniversaries and conferences. Ardee loves working with people to help make their events a wonderful experience, and it is because of her expertise that we have an excellent reputation for service and caring for our guests.
Executive Chef Brian Hammond is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Chef Brian has 15 years experience creating gourmet cuisine at several prestigious venues, including the Marriott Resorts Napa Valley, the Long Beach Yacht Club, Harrah’s Resort and Casino Lake Tahoe, and Club Med Resorts in the Bahamas, Mexico, British West Indies, Dominican Republic, Colorado and Florida.
Chef Brian’s awards include winning the 10th Annual Taste of the Inland Empire competition in June, 2005, Winner of the Best Appetizer category at the Professional Chef’s Panel, Winner of the People’s Choice Award at the President’s Award Panel, and the Northern Zone “Best Resort” award at Copper Mountain, Colorado.
Walter's primary responsibility is insuring the plans for your event are realized at the exacting levels you have come to expect from Benedict Castle. Walter trains and supervises all of the wait staff and event personnel that will be interacting with you and your guests on the day of your special occasion and throughout the planning process. Walter previously held an executive position with an international fashion apparel company before coming to Benedict Castle in 2004.
