FAQ’s

1. How many guests can Benedict Castle accomodate?

   Maximum 180 seated auditorium style inside the castle, maximum 160 seated at banquet tables inside the castle. Up to 220 seated at banquet tables outside in the courtyard.

2. Does Benedict Castle have a bar?

   No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed on the premises. However, we do have a cappucino stand that has a comprehensive menu of cold and hot non-alcoholic drinks for your guests' enjoyment.

3. Is dancing allowed at my event?

   With prior written approval we will allow a "First Dance" and a "Mother/Son, Father/Daughter Dance" but no group dancing will be permitted.

4. Do you provide a wedding coordinator the day of the event?

   No, but we can recommend a qualified coordinator.

5. Can Benedict Castle provide an officiant (or minister) for my special event?

   No, but we can direct you to a resource that provides information to help you in locating a minister.

6. Can we bring in our own florist, cake, photographer and decorations?

   Yes, you can. If you need help in any of these areas we can also recommend some very qualified vendors.

7. Do you provide the option of serving vegetarian meals either alone or in conjunction with a meat entree?

   Yes, we can accomodate the vegetarians in your guest count with a yummy meal. We can also serve a complete vegetarian menu or vegetarian buffet.

8. May I provide the food and beverages or have a catering company other than Benedict Castle Catering service my event?

   No food or beverages other than those made available by Benedict Castle Catering are allowed. Special event cakes (wedding, birthday, anniversary) are the only exception.

9. Does Benedict Castle Catering do off-site catering?

   Benedict Castle Catering is a full-service catering company that can cater your special event at the location of your choosing. Full, drop-off or pick-up service is available.
